3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Business use, redistribution, or reselling of account credentials or content is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found sharing credentials beyond the purchased screen limit without refund.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5.3 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are pre-paid for the selected duration (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months) and do not automatically renew unless you specifically opt in. You will receive a reminder before your subscription expires.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals or repeat purchases
• Requests submitted after the 7-day window
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content or credentials
• Share login credentials with individuals outside your household or beyond purchased screen count
• Record, capture, or download streaming content
• Use the Service for public performance, broadcast, or commercial display
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Engage in any illegal activity through the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Intellectual Property

The PPVARENA brand, logo, website design, and proprietary software are the intellectual property of PPVARENA and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Third-party content available through the Service remains the property of the respective content owners. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection speed. A minimum of 10 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PPVARENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Unauthorized credential sharing or redistribution
• Any behavior we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support — unused time is non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
